
Shipping
Gifts are packaged with the utmost care and shipped and tracked via UPS. When you provide your email address we’ll send you tracking information so you know when your package arrives. Gifts that are part of a monthly gift series are shipped on the same day each month throughout the series. Gift series can vary in length or frequency depending on the series selected. So gifts will be sent monthly, every other month or every three months accordingly. Individual gifts will be shipped as soon as they are processed.
Returns and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, have received a gift in error or one that is damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of the item for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. The item must be sealed, unused and accompanied with the original receipt for a refund. For sealed, unused items returned without a receipt, we will gladly exchange the item or issue a credit.
Please ship return items to the address below. Remember to include your receipt and/or contact information. Return shipment and shipping costs are the responsibility of the individual making the return.
