2010 Official Rules

No Purchase Necessary. Void Where Prohibited. To enter, complete an Official Entry Form on ClubdeBébé.com. One entry per person only. All entries must be submitted by midnight CDT on June 30, 2010. No mechanically reproduced, facsimile or photocopied entries allowed. Not responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries, all of which are void.

ELIGIBILITY: Open only to individuals who are legal U.S. residents 18 or older.

DRAWING: Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, on July 1, 2010 at 6:00 pm. Drawings will be conducted by a Club de Bébé associate whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this raffle. Winners do not need to be present at time of drawing; they will be contacted by email.

Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received prior to drawing. Limit one Prize per household.

PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: Prizes are not transferable. No Prize substitutions or cash redemptions allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if advertised Prize becomes unavailable. All prizes are taxable income to the recipient. Taxes on Prizes are sole responsibility of winner. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity (where permitted) within a time period designated by Sponsor, or Prize may be forfeited. By accepting Prizes, winner consents to use of names and likenesses for advertising purposes worldwide without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By accepting prize, winner further agrees to release Sponsor and its affiliates, related companies and advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this raffle or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize.
